On October 18, the group performed in Taiwan, marking the first show in several months, and the group as a whole was hit with criticism over their performance in a video clip.

Many of the quotes believe Jennie’s “distraction” was because she was looking at the tattooed male back-up dancer. This insinuation that Jennie was less focused on performing because she was looking at a man sparked more criticism of the idol, including outright slut-shaming rather than anything focused on her performance skills.
