WM Entertainment Responds To Fans’ Growing Concern For OH MY GIRL Jiho’s Condition
WM Entertainment responded to the growing concerns voiced by fans after watching OH MY GIRL‘s Jiho collapse on stage during a rehearsal.
On September 1, 2019, the agency shared on the official fan site that Jiho had a fever and fever-induced dizziness that led her to not participate in the actual performance.

On August 31, 2019, at the guest performance for the 2019 Superrace Championship in Gangwon, Jiho was unable to join the rest of the group for the actual performance, after running a fever and feeling dizzy during the rehearsal.

The agency stated Jiho was seen by medical staff on site and immediately transferred to Seoul for proper treatment. Jiho is said to be with her family, taking time off and getting rest.
Lastly, WM Entertainment apologized for making the fans worry and noted that the agency will keep them posted for how Jiho recovers.

On August 31, 2019, at the guest performance for the 2019 Superrace Championship in Gangwon, Jiho was unable to join the rest of the group for the actual performance, after running a fever and feeling dizzy during the rehearsal.
Jiho was seen by medical staff that was on site at the event. She was examined then treated before being transferred to Seoul. Currently, she is with her family getting some rest and recovering.
We would like to apologize to the fans who were at the event looking forward to seeing OH MY GIRL perform on stage, as well as to those who voiced their concerns about the group’s well-being. WM Entertainment will try its best to help its artists stay healthy.
We also apologize for the delayed response, despite the growing concern. We will keep everyone posted in a timely manner regarding how Jiho is recovering. Thank you for your understanding.”
