WOODZ Announces Upcoming Military Enlistment Through A Heartfelt Letter
Soloist WOODZ (Cho Seungyoun) will soon be enlisting in the military on January 22, 2024. He announced the news through his fan cafe.
As South Korea allows its citizens to apply for service within a set time frame, he had begun pondering would be the optimal time to serve. WOODZ finalized his date for January next year.
Hello, this is Cho Seungyoun. Today, I’m writing a post as I have some news that I want to personally tell MOODZ. I will be enlisting on January 22, 2024, as per being called to duty by the country. Enlistment had always seemed so far away, but as the time frame for serving approached, I began thinking about the army since last year. I’ll be gone for a short while, to serve the country not as WOODZ, but as the young man, Cho Seungyoun.
It’s been around 10 years since I’ve debuted and begun promoting. I’m so thankful that my memories were filled with precious and happy ones with MOODZ. I will return even healthier, so I hope that everyone should also stay healthy and be filled with happiness, wherever you are.
Once more, I thank MOODZ for becoming a reliable source of strength, showering me with more love than I deserve.
