Idol-Turned-Actress Drops Her Secret To Losing 4.4lbs (2kg) In A Single Day
Idol-turned-actress Yoon Eun Hye is a master at dieting. She lost a significant amount of weight from her debut days as a singer compared to her days as an actress.
In order to prove to her YouTube viewers that her diet plan works for everyone, she recruited two of her company workers to participate in the 10-day diet.
Her diet program is actually rather healthy. She recommends intermittent fasting of either 12:12 or 16:8 hours, depending on your working hours.
She also recommends following a diet plan for meals. She personally prepared the meals for her recruitees each day, ranging from yogurt bowls to salads, to kongguksu (noodles in bean-based cold soup) and fried rice.
She also recommends drinking at least 2.5L of water a day. Water will affect weight loss more than one thinks. Finally, one should get at least 7 hours of sleep a day and at least 30 minutes of exercise. For those who are determined to lose a large amount of weight through the program, Yoon Eun Hye advises one to fast for one day before going on the diet plan. This helps the body to tune out sodium and other toxins.
After just a single day following the program, her recruitee lost 4.4 lbs (2kg)! Of course, the results will differ based on each person’s starting weight.
