These Girl Groups Made At Least 3 Comebacks In The Past Year

Please give them a vacation!

Idol comebacks are always extremely awaited by fans. With different concepts, catchy dances, and variety show appearances, it’s easy to see why.

However there are a few groups who return ultra-fast, to the point that fans are worried for their health. Here are a few girl groups who have released at least three songs within the last twelve months.

1. Red Velvet

It has barely been a year since Red Velvet worked on “Power Up” on August 2018 and “Really Bad Boy” on November.

They followed up their velvet song with a red concept for “Zimzalabim” seven months later.

They are definitely hard workers as Red Velvet just began promotions with their song “Umpah Umpah.”

2. TWICE

TWICE is another busy girl group, moving back and forth from Japan to Korea.

Just over a year ago, TWICE made a successful comeback in July 2018 with “Dance the Night Away.”

They then released their first regular Japanese album on September and almost immediately went back to Korea with “YES or YES” two months later.

Most recently they made a successful return with “Fancy” on April this year. They have also been very active in their daily schedules, shooting a music video and modelling for different brands.

3. Oh My Girl

Oh My Girl, known for their sweet and whimsical style, were active in September last year with “Remember Me.”

They soon returned to fans with “The Fifth Season (SSFWL)” back in May.

They are still promoting with their latest release, “BUNGEE”, having three comebacks in a 12-month period.

4. WJSN (Cosmic Girls)

Starting with “Save Me, Save You” in September 2018, WJSN met fans without their Chinese members Cheng Xiao, Mei Qi, and Xuan Yi.

They released albums consistently every four to five months with “La La Love” taking the spot in January.

Their most recent release was their summer hit “Boogie Up.”

5. Weki Meki

Ten months ago on October 2018, Weki Meki made a strong comeback with “Crush,” showcasing their many charms.

Fast forward five months and they returned with “Picky Picky” in May.

Then, after a bare three months, Weki Meki is again active with their title track “Tiki Taka (99%).”

Given that it takes a while to prepare for a comeback, it seems that these groups spend little time on vacation.

Here’s to hoping that they can get some rest soon!
