Jeon Hye Bin was featured as a guest the most recent episode of KBS2‘s Problem Child in the House. She came on the show to promote her new drama, Revolutionary Sisters and it was during her time on the variety program that the actress shared a story about her now-husband. Jeon Hye Bin shared with viewers of the show that she knew that she would end up marrying him during their first meeting.
I had a close dongsaeng who set me up on a blind date with him. I didn’t think much of it and decided to meet up. My first impression of him was that there was a familiar feeling. I thought, ‘is it this person?’ I had this feeling that I would end up marrying him.

It was after this story that the actress shared an interesting lie she told her husband. Jeon Hye Bin was traveling in France with her then-boyfriend when he surprised her with a proposal. It was here that she decided to shock him with a fake surprise of her own.

The actress continued on with her story by sharing that it was actually his very response to her lie that made her decide that she wanted to marry him.
It was April Fool’s Day the day after I told him the lie. After hearing it, he had a full night of contemplation. He told me, ‘if she’s your daughter, I’m sure she’ll be beautiful. Let’s say we adopted her.’ I was so touched by his words.
