Baskin Robbins To Release Special BTS Flavor For August’s Flavor Of The Month
On July 27 KST, Baskin Robbins Korea uploaded a message on Twitter revealing a special ice cream flavor that would be released in collaboration with BTS.
The tweet read, “What happens when Baskin Robbins and BTS meet? Special release of August’s flavor of the month that is filled with purple lights! August’s flavor of the month is _ RA _ RA! What word should go in the blanks?”
The hashtags included #작명센스_기대중 which means “looking forward to your creative name suggestions.”

Fans left their suggestions for the name of the ice cream flavor and some of them do sound like strong contenders!
One fan suggested, “BeraBera, BwaraBwara, BoraBora, BooraBoora, GuRaGuRa, GiRaGiRa, JooRaJooRa.”

The photo revealed an ice cream cone that had variations of the color purple along with white along with pieces of fruit. The colors are reminiscent of BTS and ARMYs special phrase “borahae” which means “I purple you.”
Previously, BTS collaborated with Baskin Robbins and released a special “7” cake and signal light to celebrate their seven year anniversary since debut. Pre-orders were available for the cake from July 21 to 23 and was priced at 26,000 KRW (~$22 USD).
