BTS Loves Their Fans So Much, They Picked Them Over Taking A Break

They’re the sweetest!

After the massive success of “Butter,” it’s no surprise that BTS‘s calendar is currently jampacked. Working on their music, shooting numerous advertisements, performing live, and more leave them very little time for breaks. Despite this, they still make sure to interact with their fans often.

After they made it to the top of Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart for the fifth week in a row, they held a surprise online broadcast to celebrate with their fans.

V explained that the time they were holding the broadcast was the only break that they had in recent times.

Today is the only day we got free time.

He revealed that the broadcast was a spontaneous decision for the sake of their fans, “We’re doing this on the spot.”

Even if it was just a short 14 minute show, they did their best to make it fun for their viewers. They read live comments, discussed their next song, and thanked everyone for their support.

Instead of using the time to take a much-needed break, they preferred to thank their fans for helping them reach another career milestone. Why? Because they love ARMYs!

At the end of the show, Jimin shared the group’s collective appreciation for everyone who supports them. He even said that ARMYs are “our sole joy.”

These days, for us, our sole joy is to see your reactions after we release songs or content. There are no other things that we find joy in, really. Thank you for being our sole joy.

— Jimin

To BTS, ARMY is number one!
