BTS’s V Shares How They Motivate Themselves For An Online Concert
Due to COVID-19, K-Pop groups have been holding online concerts. One group that has recently done an online concert is BTS.
In an interview with NDTV‘s Rohit Khilnani, the BTS members were asked how they motivate themselves for an online concert, as fans aren’t physically with them.
How do you motivate yourselves for an online concert, for a virtual concert, where the people are not there, not in the same vicinity?
— Rohit Khilnani
V answered by talking about how ARMYs (BTS’s fandom) motivate them and that they were still able to interact with them somewhat during their online concert.
Our fans are, of course, the driving force that motivates us. We are here today because of them. From this concert, we were able to see our fans through screens, and we could also hear their voices.
V concluded by speaking on how thankful they were that so many fans enjoyed their concert.
It’s been such a long time since we last saw them, so it was a very emotional and overwhelming experience. We were also thankful that so many fans joined us to enjoy our concert. With the help of technology, we could narrow the gap between us and our fans, which makes us feel comfortable with online concerts.
