(G)I-DLE‘s Soyeon is the first member to move out on her own, and now she’s giving fans a look into her new home and her personal routine on MBC‘s I Live Alone. And judging by her workout routine, it looks like Soyeon is seriously strong!
Like all K-Pop idols, Soyeon is impressively fit. Though her workouts now are much more simple than they were before the pandemic, her routine is still very impressive.
Soyeon demonstrated her regular workout routine on I Live Alone, starting off the session by doing squats with a dumbbell. Except she didn’t exactly take it easy, seeing as the weight of the dumbbell was 16kg!
She then moved on to some deadlifts, and once again, she did not take it easy. The barbell alone weighed 20kg.
She added more weights to it, however, to deadlift an impressive total of 35kg.
She included some basic arm lifts…
…and then wrapped up the weight training. She continued, however, with 50 leg raises, leaving the hosts rather impressed…
…and that wasn’t even all the leg and ab exercises she did!
Soyeon’s workout routine may be more simplified than it used to be, but there’s no denying that it’s really impressive! She may be one of the shorter K-Pop idols in the industry, but she is seriously strong!
