GOT7’s BamBam Shares His Advice On How To Lose Weight Healthily And It Is Definitely Inspirational
GOT7‘s BamBam recently appeared in a video for Allure Korea, where he sat down and answered questions. One fan, in particular, noticed that BamBam is always in great shape and asked him for some advice on getting fit and dieting.
Although he was initially worried that it might be offensive, he rightly used his own body as motivation, explaining, “Have a look at my body.”
You can get motivated by looking at me, who doesn’t gain any weight even though I eat. Since I don’t get much weight, I need to work out to gain muscles to be seen more healthy.

After that advice, he then changed his approach for a few seconds adding, “Do you really have to go on a diet?”
Rather than focusing on dieting, BamBam had some wise words of wisdom for anyone hoping to get healthier.
Working out for your health is great. I heard that going on a healthy diet is a good thing to do. I recommend you to eat healthily while dieting.
