Once struggling with extreme isolation, You Jin Kyu turned his painful past into purpose, launching “Not Scary Company,” a social enterprise that runs share houses in Seoul for reclusive youth. The houses offer safe spaces where residents relearn daily routines, from cooking to conversation, guided by mentors who have also experienced isolation.
