LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha Has Gone Viral For Her Insane Abs, But Fans Think There Is Another Female K-Pop Idol Who Might Rival Her In Core Strength

“Need to see them challenge each other.”

K-Pop idols are known for staying in flawless shape, often going viral for their insane body proportions. Given how important core strength is for dancing, it is far from unusual to see idols with perfectly toned abs.

Many female K-Pop idols have gained praise for their impressive physiques, and among these, two of them in particular have gained attention for their remarkable core strength.

It hasn’t been long since LE SSERAFIM‘s Kazuha debuted, but she has already gone viral for her abs a considerable number of times.

Recently, she’s had even her members simping over her well-defined muscles…

…while the rest of the world is still recovering from her iconic “Love Shot” fancam.

LE SSERAFIM recently did a fitness test on the new web series, Idol’s Physical Race, where Kazuha was officially crowned as the group’s fittest member. Netizens were left shook after she proved that she could do 82 sit-ups in 2 minutes.

This has certainly cemented her place not only as one of the fittest LE SSERAFIM members but also as one of the fittest idols in K-Pop. Yet, there is another female idol whom fans think could potentially rival her, and that is (G)I-DLE‘s Yuqi.

Yuqi has not gone without attention for her gorgeous physique…

…nor for her similarly impressive core strength. In an episode of Knowing Brothers, Yuqi once impressed fans by being able to do 60 sit-ups in 1 minute—which, it’s safe to say, is a lot.

While Yuqi was understandably a little tuckered out at the end of the 1 minute round, who knows how many reps she might have reached if she had continued for longer? Fans think a contest between her and Kazuha would be a worthy challenge!

In any case, both idols have been praised for their singular level of core strength—as they should!
