K-Pop Workouts: Here’s How LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha Maintains Her Rock Hard Abs

LE SSERAFIM‘s Kazuha is known for her healthy body and abs. While her body is the result of years of intense ballet training, she maintains her muscles with consistent exercise. Read on to find out more about her routine.

Kazuha often follows a routine created by a fitness YouTuber. She has done the same one so often that she can memorize the background music! While Kazuha did not specify the workout or the number of reps in a set, we can roughly gauge from average workout videos that each move is done for about 30 seconds. The whole video is repeated for however many sets one wants to do. Here’s the routine.

Kazuha also admitted that she does not usually dress like that when working out, and the outfit was mainly for the vlog. Workouts should be done in comfortable clothing!
