Tteokbokki (yum) and rabokki (double yum) are quintessential must-eat Korean dishes.
What happens when you combine a must-eat Korean meal with the nation’s girl group? TWICEbokki, of course! 😉
On a 2017 episode of KBS‘s We Like Zines, the members of TWICE came up with a recipe for rabokki that was truly unique — just like they are! They took the time to brainstorm what would make a good rabokki dish, with each member contributing ideas for the recipe.
Their suggestions were very eclectic and diverse, to say the least, but we wouldn’t have expected anything different from this fun group of women!
TWICE assembled a recipe that featured illustrations by Chaeyoung, which would make it easy for any cook to follow. In this case, the meal was being prepared by Jeongyeon‘s dad!
He followed their recipe to a “T”, although there were some instructions that caused him just a little concern.
Whether Jeongyeon’s dad is simply an excellent chef or TWICE are recipe geniuses, the dish turned out incredible!
But, whether it looks incredible or not… The most important thing is how it tastes and whether TWICE likes it!
Upon inspecting it, they all agreed that the dish looked tasty, but what about the taste…?
It was a resounding success because they all loved it!
TWICE was also beyond delighted to find out the chef that whipped up their meal was none other than Jeongyeon’s dad! Aww…!
