MAMAMOO’s Solar Revealed The Excruciatingly Long Hours Of The Average K-Pop Idol’s Day During Promotions

This job requires SERIOUS dedication.

MAMAMOO’s Solar recently revealed how long her day is while promoting…and it could be shocking to some fans.

She shows herself too tired to even speak in the beginning of the video. Can you guess what time it is?

It’s 4:18 in the morning. Today’s my first broadcast so I have to go out early.

Fans were shocked to see Solar’s early schedule.

Solar: Waking up at 4:00 A.M. to start her day. Me: My bedtime is 4:00 A.M.

By 4:37 A.M., she’s already changed and in the car en route to the broadcast station.

By 6:15 A.M., she had arrived, gotten her makeup and hair done, and had some fruit as a snack.

Around 8 A.M., it was finally time for her to take the stage.

The recording finished at 9:20 A.M. After doing some other schedules for a few hours and returning home for a quick rest, she returned to the broadcast station at 6 P.M. for the live show (where her nerves in the waiting room took full control of her body).

You think her busy day would end there, but afterward, she still had work to do at her company! She ends up returning to her house and is washed up by 10:15 P.M.

Solar’s day was 100% packed with activities from the early hours of the morning all the way to nighttime. Her video can remind fans how hard idols work every day!
