In a recent shoot with GQ KOREA, popular actor Wi Ha Joon gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at his workout routine.
Wi Ha Joon is most commonly known for his role in Squid Game as Hwang Jun Ho, a detective who infiltrates the games, determined to find his brother.
Fans loved his character, even if they were jealous of his seemingly eternally lasting phone battery.

More recently, Ha Jun acted in Bad and Crazy, playing K, a righteous but crazy person who dreams of becoming a hero, truly showing off his versatile acting skills.

And thanks to his interview with GQ KOREA, fans can now see just how the actor stays so in shape for these intense roles.
Even though Ha Joon admits that initially, he had “a small skeleton” that he expanded through weight training, he is definitely in excellent shape now.
But alongside sharing his own exercises with fans, not only telling them the exercises he regularly does but giving them a demonstration and advice about posture…
… Ha Joon also made sure to offer his number one tip for anyone looking to exercise.
The actor believes that above all, you shouldn’t try exercising recklessly.
Because of the overwhelming amount of content on platforms like YouTube, people can find an abundance of different workout routines.
But Ha Joon believes that instead of following those guides, it is better to stick to basic exercises.
He argues that if you start at a level that is too high or too difficult, it will be challenging to maintain that level of activity over a long period of time.
Instead, he believes that consistency is better, even if it’s only a little bit of exercise a day.
And his advice makes a lot of sense, given that people usually have a hard time following through on regularly exercising. So hopefully his wise tip can help his fans create more consistent workout routines.
