Porsche Special Products Director Reveals How BLACKPINK’s Jennie Was Directly Involved In The Creative Design Process For Her Collaboration With The Brand
Not only is BLACKPINK‘s Jennie one of the most globally influential K-Pop idols, but she also continues to prove her creativity in new ways as she collaborates with more and more brands!
Recently, rumors of a special collaboration between Jennie and the luxury car brand Porsche were confirmed by the brand, and fans were excited to see what it would detail. The collaboration, titled “Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane”, was revealed at the Sonderwunsch Haus in Seoul.
The “Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane” features a black Taycan 4S Cross Turismo with customized accents throughout the exterior and interior of the car. The idol’s Jennie Ruby Jane logo, which Jennie personally designed, is displayed prominently on the exterior.
Jennie also surprised fans by showing up in person at the event and taking photos for the media with her specially designed car.
While the Sonderwunsch program allows clients to customize and personalize their Porsche, Grant Larson, Porsche’s Director of Special Products, shared that Jennie played a much larger part in the design process for the collaboration.
As an artist, Jennis is used to creative collaborations. She even brought a mood board to our meeting that visualized the initial ideas and reflected their reception.

It’s no surprise to fans that Jennie would be so involved with the project as she’s previously worked as a fashion editor for one of her shoots with Vogue Korea and was personally responsible for one of the most iconic looks from BLACKPINK’s music video for “Kill This Love.”
Not surprised Jennie brought a mood board for their meeting.. I mean, in her LA vlog she was referring to that printed docu she had on her hand for her outfit 😩
