Secret’s Jun Hyoseong Reveals the Lengths She Took to Lose Almost 20 Pounds
Secret‘s Jun Hyoseong recently took to her YouTube channel to reveal how she managed to lose 20 pounds.
She started off by looking back at her past, all the way back to 2005 when she was only 27 years old.
I was very chubby, and my face was the shape of a hexagon.
Hyoseong revealed that she was shocked after seeing the other trainees.
So I never ate after 6 o’clock after that, and I ate half the portions I originally did for every single meal.
She also shared what kind of diet changes she made.
I stopped eating the lunches they served me and packed a lunch containing carrots and tomatoes. And after my lesson, I always went to bed by 10.
As a result of her efforts, Hyoseong managed to lose around 17 pounds in the span of 10 months.
I dropped from 53 kilograms to 45 kilograms. I dieted in a very healthy way.
But when it was almost time for her to debut, she went on a stricter diet and exercise regimen.
I ran a lot as soon as I woke up. I did interval training. I heard that if you alternate between hardcore workout and resting, you lose a lot of fat. I also consumed less than 600 calories a day. I lost 2.5 kilograms, dropping down to 42.5 kilograms in one week.
And when she gained weight again, Hyoseong revealed that she went on the Denmark Diet and lost 4 kilograms.
I also lost weight with lemon green tea. I ate a lot of nuts and salads as well.
