Fellow fans at the scene shared that the injured CARAT (SEVENTEEN’s fan) had to be carried out of the queue inside the building, causing distress among the predominantly young crowd. Video footage of the incident circulated online, capturing the shocked reactions of other fans sitting waiting for the queue to move.

Many have expressed their frustration with the local concert promoter’s organization of the event. Complaints centered around the lack of proper crowd management and insufficient ticket exchange locations, which led to the formation of overwhelming queues. One fan pointed out, “they don’t serve buyers well. does not provide security and comfort when exchanging tickets.”

This isn’t the first time safety concerns have been raised at HYBE artists’ events. Previously, a BOYNEXTDOOR fan required medical attention and was taken away by ambulance after waiting in lengthy merchandise queues in cold weather.

Amid these distressing incidents, fans emphasize the need for better organization, adequate staff, and proper safety measures. As K-Pop events continue to draw massive crowds, the importance of maintaining safe and well-organized spaces for fans becomes increasingly crucial.

Meanwhile, the condition of the injured fan has not been disclosed since the video made the rounds on social media.
