Here’s their killer schedule:

  • 12am to 10am: Refresh Time!
  • 10am to 11am: English lessons
  • 11am to 12pm: Speech lessons
  • 12pm to 1pm: Lunch
  • 1pm to 2pm: Yoga
  • 2pm to 5pm: Vocal lessons
  • 5pm to 6pm: Dinner
  • 6pm to 7pm: Individual practice
  • 7pm to 11pm: Dance lessons
  • 11pm to 12pm: Tidying up

Their dance lessons are held as a group and covers both choreography and basics.

During speech lessons, they are trained on how to handle themselves on broadcast and how to give entertaining yet informative introductions.

Right when they get to the company at 10am, they go straight into English lessons. This is a must in the global era where K-Pop is spreading to overseas.

Success comes at a price. It is precisely because they survived such spartan training that the girls are able to debut to such popularity and praise today!
