SHINee‘s Taemin, Minho, and Key gathered to film for Idol Human Theater, revealing group “secrets” for their 15th anniversary.
The SHINee members have all officially left their dorms, with Minho and Onew being the last two members to move out.
Looking back on the time they spent living together, Key, Minho, and Taemin couldn’t help but share some memorable moments in the dorms, including roommate arrangements, sneaking out, and the one item that was never safe around SHINee’s Key.
During the episode, the group’s youngest members, Minho and Taemin, hilariously took turns exposing Key’s habit of stealing alcohol from the members.
Taemin recalled a specific instance where the group was staying in dorms in Japan. The group’s maknae had gone to a duty-free store to purchase a nice bottle of alcohol for his parents, only for Key to see it in the dorm and take it for himself.
Instead of defending his actions, Key hilariously admitted to the “crime,” sharing he couldn’t resist because of how nicely it was wrapped, leaving Minho and Taemin speechless.
Taemin immediately interrogated his fellow group members when his gift had gone missing in Japan.
When he ran into Key in the dorm building’s elevator, Taemin noticed that the older member had the gift in his hand. Minho hilariously recalled Taemin calling his hyung out and Key claiming he didn’t know it was Taemin’s.
Key asked the younger members how many times they were going to keep bringing up the story, as Taemin has told the tale on broadcast before.
He felt that because the story was often repeated, people were actually beginning to believe he had “stealing habits.”
Key didn’t help his “reputation” as an “alcohol thief” after he came clean about stealing Dom Perignon and four other bottles of other alcohol.
He then stated that he couldn’t count the number of times he had stolen white wine in the dorms.
Luckily, the members’ alcohol is now safe as they all live separately!
