Sunmi Spills A Detail About Her Dating History That Surprises Even Herself
While not all celebrities are open about their dating history, it is safe to assume many, especially ones later in their careers like Sunmi, have likely been in relationships, even if brief.
Recently, Sunmi shared a detail about her dating past, leaving even herself in shock.
Sunmi was the latest guest on GOT7 BamBam‘s Bam House, where the two idols discussed many things, including their shared history as JYP Entertainment artists.

The two also discussed ideal types, with Sunmi bringing up BamBam‘s long-standing admiration of Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon.
When asked about her own ideal type, Sunmi mentioned that she likes a certain type of face, mentioning Hollywood celebrities Ethan Hawke, Matt Damon, and Benedict Cumberbatch. She says they all have long faces, with BamBam commenting she liked those who looked “villain-like.”
BamBam then prompts her to name three things a man she likes should add, adding in his own thoughts that they should be handsome.
Sunmi pauses momentarily, then says that the people she met in the past “weren’t that handsome.” She seems shocked by this realization, looking around in surprise as BamBam laughs at her bewildered expression.
Ultimately, The artist seems more of a romantic, caring more for qualities than outward appearances. She says that ideally, someone she could see herself “playing in the rain” with rather than someone who might overthink things.
