Super Junior’s Shindong Revealed That His Dogs Help Him Cope With His Depression
During an episode of My Little Old Boy, Super Junior‘s Shindong shared that he adopted his dogs to help him cope with his depression.
During a talk with Heechul, Shindong shared that things were hard for him the previous year, “and that’s when I found these guys on the internet as ‘Dogs That Can Cure/Help With Depression’.”
In order to help him overcome his depression, he adopted his two precious dogs, and it seems like it helped him a lot because he shared he has no time to get depressed now!
Although he adopted them with a specific purpose in mind, it’s obvious that Shindong loves his dogs a lot — and doesn’t even mind that they poop. A lot.
They say having a pet, particularly a dog or cat is good for your mental health — and this has been proven in scientific studies. We’re glad to hear Shindong has been doing better thanks to his dogs and we hope they have many, many happy years together.
