The boys will perform on January 25 and 26, 2024, performing at the national stadium to a crowd of thousands. The organizers set up a booth for Carat Zone, a booth available at every concert stop that provides membership holders with free photocards. These are considered precious as they are limited to each stop. The booth was open from 10am to 4pm on the day of the concert. Although some fans lined up since early hours, they failed to get their photocards as the booth closed at 4pm sharp.

Fans took to X to lament the situation.

Despite the crowds lined up, the booth was closed off promptly.

Some named line-cutters as the source of the problems.

Others called out the organizers for not helping to manage the crowd.

Of course, some managed to successfully get their photocards!

Will the second day be better? The group has one day left in Singapore on January 26.
