“Sperm…” Male Idol’s Inappropriate Comments To Female Idol Spark Immense Backlash

Everyone was shocked.

A clip featuring Yena has recently triggered negative reactions among netizens.

The voices of Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk and Shindong could be heard. However, there was a distortion on their voice so Yena couldn’t recognize them and had to guess their identities.

The two called her “noona” to make it more difficult for her to guess them as they are older than her. However, she still deduced that they must be idols.

However, it was when she mentioned “Music Bank” that things quickly went south.

Eunhyuk made a clever pun and stated the only bank he knew was Kookmin Bank, a popular bank in Korea.

Shindong then chimed in and said something that left Yena shocked.

Shindong: I went to a sperm bank yesterday.

Yena: Huh? What? What did you say?

Yena then said, “Wait, can you even say that? I don’t think you’re an idol.” Meanwhile, the two boys were laughing at Shindong’s statement.

Netizens swarmed the comments, sharing that they felt Shindong’s words were inappropriate.

  • “Can Yena invite more women to the broadcast? The audience doesn’t want to see her being sexually harassed.”
  • “Is the production team sure that what Shindong said is something that should be aired? You don’t say things like that to a female idol…”
  • “Delete it and apologize to Yena.”
  • “Sperm bank lol, as expected, the impact is legendary.”
  • “Is this supposed to widen your eyes? Don’t do disgusting things like this.”
