Kim Jong Kook’s Sperm Test Result Resurfaces Amid Wedding News

Amid the recent news that singer and Running Man star Kim Jong Kook is getting married soon, a recent episode of his YouTube show—starring him and his friends—has since resurfaced. The episode shows him undergoing a sperm count test, making sure he can still have kids!

In the video, Kim Jong Kook confesses on the way to the hospital, “I’m nearing 50 now, and I feel like I shouldn’t wait too long.” When Mighty Mouth‘s Shorry (also known as Shorry J) asks if he hopes to achieve natural conception with his future wife, Kim Jong Kook hints at his desire to become a father as he mentions how a natural conception would be “less difficult” for his wife.

Shorry: Are you planning on natural conception, or will you seek medical assistance?

Kim Jong Kook: I mean, if natural conception works out, that would be amazing—because it’s less difficult for my wife. I heard IVF puts women through a lot of pain. If possible, I’d love to have a healthy child with the strong power of my sperm.

The test results confirmed that Kim Jong Kook’s sample of 3.6 milliliters of semen has at least 60 million sperm/mL, making that a 216 million sperm count. This ranked him the highest among his group of friends who got tested and higher than the average man of his age, too. While his sperm ranked last in terms of motility, the doctor reassured Kim Jong Kook that the high sperm count will definitely allow him to have kids!

Doctor: Well, your sperm count is remarkably high overall, so your results are hopeful.

At the time when the YouTube video was shared, fans speculated that Kim Jong Kook might be up to something.
