Based on these posts, the woman in question appears to be Jang So Hee, a professional golfer who won the 14th KLPGA Grand Slam Jump Tour in 2024. She is also one of 82 people that Leeteuk follows on Instagram.
According to her profile, Jang So Hee was born in October 2001, making her 23 years old and around 18 years younger than the idol.
