NCT Wish‘s Riku recently tried out a bold makeup style and netizens have strong reactions to the new look.
Recently, Riku’s makeup gained attention for looking very similar to the type of makeup female idols wear.
Specifically, there was a lot of emphasis on his eye makeup: His aegyo-sal was contoured and highlighted, while his eye was elongated using eyeshadow as a liner on the top and lower lids. Additionally, he sported color contacts.
Along with this, there was an emphasis placed on flushed, dewy skin and colored lips.
Many believe that despite the makeup usually being a feminine style, that it suited him perfectly as it gave him a good mix of pretty and handsome appeal.
