Recently, hip hop group Epik High appeared on BIGBANG Daesung’s YouTube channel. The video featured Tablo, Mithra, and Tukutz, engaging in various conversations.
In particular, Tablo asked Daesung, “Wasn’t BIGBANG also a cross between K-Pop and hip-hop?”
Daesung responded, “We were criticized a lot in the idol industry for that. People would say, ‘How are you guys hip-hop?’”
Hearing this, Tablo revealed his rivalry with BIGBANG.
But now, everyone recognizes you as a hip-hop and K-Pop group. We’re competing with you, too.

Mithra added, “There aren’t many teams that follow this path.”
They also pointed out the similarities between the two group, saying that they are both “three-member hip-hop groups.”
However, Tukutz shared his concern regarding this.
Come to think of it, there’s more competition. BIG BANG is strong.

Tablo joked, “I wish BIGBANG would just hold auditions and recruit four more members.
Tukutz suddenly made a bold suggestion.
Just merge with us.

Daesung responded, “That could be better.”
When Daesung mentioned G-Dragon, Tablo replied, “If we tell G-Dragon about this, it’s out of the question. We’ll have no reason to meet him.”
