Fans Send Protest Trucks To HYBE Calling Out Alleged Mistreatment Of A Rookie Idol
Fans of the fifth-gen HYBE boy group CORTIS recently took a public action against the label over the alleged mistreatment of one of the group members, Juhoon.

On December 12, KST, fan-sent protest trucks lined up outside the Seoul headquarters of HYBE, displaying messages that accused the label of treating Juhoon differently. They laid out a series of incidents to support this claim, including issues such as limited screen time and his solo parts being cut. During the group’s recent appearance at the 2025 Asia Artist Awards, Juhoon was allegedly the only member who didn’t get a solo fancam focus. His solo performance segment was also reportedly removed from the broadcast, and he was given just two seconds on stage during two separate acceptance speeches.

The mistreatment of Juhoon has been a constant topic of discussion in the CORTIS fandom, with many fans alleging that he consistently receives fewer lines, less focus during promotions, and has even been excluded from group content in the past. The protest trucks sent by Juhoon’s Chinese fanbase demanded accountability from HYBE, questioning the lack of systematic support for the idol.

While the protest trucks have put forth a clear set of demands, including fair distribution of screen time and singing lines, among others, HYBE has yet to acknowledge or respond to any of them formally.
