Reactions from netizens have poured in following the news that NJZ (NewJeans) member Danielle’s exclusive contract with ADOR has been terminated.

On December 29, posts related to Danielle’s removal began appearing across various online communities in Korea. It was reported in Korean media outlets that many female-dominated communities called for Hanni and Minji’s removal as well. In one female-majority community, users argued that “Hanni and Minji should also be forced out.”

Comments reportedly included malicious comments about the girls.

ADOR’s official stance on the future of Minji, Hanni, and Danielle
Earlier, ADOR released its official position regarding the future of the three members.

“After sincere discussions, Hanni decided to respect the court’s ruling and continue with ADOR. Minji is also in discussions with ADOR, and both sides are continuing talks to deepen mutual understanding. In Danielle’s case, we determined that it would be difficult to continue with her as a NewJeans member and ADOR artist. Today, we notified her of contract termination.”
