And as if raising the prices weren’t enough, fans were frustrated at the hotel’s reason for requesting cancellation.
Hotel: With the release of BTS’s Busan concert dates, we’ve received tons of reservations at the same time. Because we received more reservations than rooms, there are none available. We apologize, but could you please cancel your reservation? We apologize once again.
Fan: Even if you received tons of reservations, I reserved a room, so what does this have to do with me? Is it because you’re trying to raise your prices?
Seeing their response, fans were appalled at their shamelessness.
