Before the show started, teasers of the contestants sparked mixed reactions when it came to the visuals.

A tweet is gaining attention of four of the male contestants.

When the four images were posted, it sparked major backlash from Korean netizens who seemingly hit back at the lack of visuals of the male contestants.

 

If this is supposedly the average Korean male looks, then fine, I guess that’s just how the male contestants are.
But the female contestants are insanely beautiful to the point it doesn’t even match the level, and that’s what pisses me off.

Even the men on Single’s Inferno aren’t remotely arousing, so expecting Korean women to date real-life men is just cruel and inhumane…

Their physiques… why do they all look so scrawny and weak?

This shouldn’t be labeled as ‘visuals,’ it’d be more accurate to call it ‘mugshots.’

This isn’t even a matter of handsome vs. ugly.
Those overly groomed looks…
they completely drain whatever appeal or masculinity they might’ve had.

It seems like the female contestants garnered a much more positive response from netizens.
