Social media has erupted in heated discourse over a particular stage outfit of IVE‘s Wonyoung.
Recently, a clip of Wonyoung from a concert last year resurfaced on X (formerly Twitter), showing her performing in an all-white outfit. She was sporting a full-sleeve jacket embellished with white wings on top, paired with a ruffled short skirt.

The skirt’s length has drawn netizens’ attention, as it exposed Wonyoung’s upper thighs and hips quite a bit.
The clip, which has garnered over 6 million views at the time of writing, has sparked divided opinions. While on the one hand, people felt that such high-exposure outfits were inappropriate for female idols and didn’t suit Wonyoung’s image, others pointed out that it was common for K-Pop idols to go for this length of bottoms.
