Back in January 2026, The Glory actress Cha Joo Young announced that she would step back from official schedules while recovering from a procedure to treat epistaxis (nosebleeds).

As of February 15, 2026 (KST), the recovering actress has taken to Instagram, sharing several photos and videos from years ago when she was actively suffering from severe, recurring symptoms.

The first photo, captioned “Five years ago,” a large amount of blood can be seen spilled across the asphalt after she experienced a heavy nosebleed.

In a follow-up clip, she wrote, “For over an hour…” showing that the bleeding would not stop.

Alongside the posts, Cha Joo Young added a heartfelt message:
