BELIFT LAB And Source Music’s Lawsuit Against Min Hee Jin Takes Unexpected Turn
Former ADOR CEO and the current head of OOAK Records Min Hee Jin’s legal battle with BELIFT LAB and Source Music has been halted by the courts.

According to reports on March 30, KST, the Civil Division 12 of the Seoul Western District Court has changed the hearing dates for the damages lawsuit that BELIFT LAB and Source Music had filed against Min. The new date has been set as “undetermined.”
An undetermined date indicates that the court has not specifically scheduled the next hearing and will decide it later, meaning the trial is effectively on hold as of now. The reasoning behind this decision remains unclear, but legal industry experts are speculating that it may be due to the ongoing appeal of the put option lawsuit involving Min and HYBE. While BELIFT LAB’s hearing was initially scheduled for March 27, it has now been changed to an undetermined date.
The trial between Source Music, BELIFT LAB, and Min is expected to resume after the put option lawsuit gets settled.
Meanwhile, this suspension has sparked enthusiastic response from netizens, with many of them rooting for a ruling in favor of Min Hee Jin.

- “LOL, that’s funny. Fighting Min Hee Jin!”
- “Seriously, this is way funnier than a gag concert… Min, fighting!”
- “Let’s just go for it. It’s not like Source or BELIFT did anything wrong, anyway.”
- “I heard that the trial schedule kept getting postponed because the defendant was repeatedly unavailable. It happened around four times, I believe. Is this the trial in question?”
- “I hope Min Hee Jin wins everything.”
