On May 22, 2026 (KST), Cube Entertainment announced through its official social media that its exclusive contract with Kwon Eunbin had come to an end. The agency went on to thank Kwon Eunbin for her decade with the company, saying, “We are deeply grateful for Kwon Eunbin’s hard work as an artist who represented Cube while being with us for 10 years. We sincerely support actress Kwon Eunbin as she walks a new path.”

CLC’s Kwon Eunbin Reportedly To Retire From Industry

However, before the news of her contract ending was announced, fans had already noticed that Kwon Eunbin’s public profiles had been removed from portal sites. The detail gained even more attention after Namu Wiki’s transparency report reportedly showed that Kwon Eunbin herself had requested the deletion of her page.

According to the report, Kwon Eunbin herself asked her page to be removed from the platform, writing, “I am currently, in effect, in a state where I have stopped my entertainment industry activities.”

Request report from May 2026, citing Kwon Eunbin as the person requesting.

I am currently, in effect, in a state where I have stopped my entertainment industry activities, and all of my public profiles, including my Naver profile, have also been taken down.

Going forward, I would like to return to life as a private citizen and live quietly.

However, my Namuwiki page is still publicly available, so the exposure of my private life and the burden from it are continuing. Therefore, in accordance with my own wishes, I respectfully request that the page be deleted.

The statement has since somewhat “confirmed” the speculation that Kwon Eunbin may be retiring from the entertainment industry, especially as she directly described herself as having effectively stopped celebrity activities and wanting to return to an ordinary life.

Neither Cube nor Kwon Eunbin has made a separate official statement using the word “retirement,” but between her contract ending, her public profiles being removed, and her reported request to live quietly as a private citizen, many fans believe she may be preparing to step away from the public eye.
