She looks pretty different.

A woman who completely transformed her body through plastic surgery has become a hot topic. On the October 13 episode of tvN STORY’s variety show I’m a Martian, But It’s Okay a woman named Gil Ri Won appeared and revealed that she had spent about ₩300 million KRW (about $210,000 USD) on plastic surgeries, shocking viewers.

She’s gone through a whopping 400 procedures, including skincare and cosmetic procedures.

“If I include cosmetic procedures and dermatology visits, I’ve undergone about 400 treatments in total. It just added up over time.”

She listed the numerous procedures she has undergone so far — forehead fat graft, ear surgery, double eyelid surgery, eye shape correction, nose surgery, philtrum reduction, jaw contouring, facial contouring, dimple creation and removal, lip fillers, filler dissolving, orthodontics, shoulder fillers, trapezius botox, neck and collarbone fillers, butt acupuncture, full-body liposuction revision, vein stem cell injections, skin procedures, and semi-permanent care. Even her teeth are veneers.

Despite the extensive transformations, Gil continues to visit dermatology and oriental clinics regularly for maintenance. A doctor from her frequent liposuction clinic commented that she need to fix anything at this moment, but needs to maintain her current state

Gil, who began her cosmetic journey in 2010, shocked viewers further by claiming she is numb to pain and doesn’t use anesthesia now.
