Singer and actress IU made headlines a few years ago for her extreme diet. On KBS‘s Happy Together 3, she revealed that she does an hour of aerobic exercises followed by a diet meal plan. She eats one apple for breakfast, two sweet potatoes for lunch, and one protein shake for dinner.
