Following BIGBANG G-Dragon‘s inclusion as an ambassador for Chanel in 2015, more and more K-Pop idols have made their debut as official ambassadors for many luxury and designer brands. In January 2023, 7 different K-Pop artists announced major brand deals with these luxury designers, many of whom made their debut at Paris Fashion Week.

Here are all 7 idols and the brand they now represent!

1. NewJeans’ Danielle

NewJeansDanielle joins Hyein and Hanni in representing a luxury brand after being announced as the newest Burberry global ambassador.

2. BIGBANG’s Taeyang

Taeyang was announced as a global ambassador for Givenchy, and attended the brand’s Paris Fashion Week show.

3. GOT7’s Jackson Wang

GOT7‘s Jackson Wang was named as one of Louis Vuitton‘s brand ambassadors, seemingly ending his partnership with Fendi.

While Jaehyun was already announced as an ambassador in 2022, this January, he was chosen as the first Korean Prada Global Main Campaign model, a major accomplishment.

5. IVE’s An Yujin

On January 17, KST, it was announced that after months of teasing, Yujin was confirmed as an ambassador for Fendi.
