Here’s How BTS’s V Is Keeping Busy During The COVID-19 Pandemic

This is what he’s been up to lately.

Right now, people around the world are taking precautions, such as social distancing, to stop the spread of COVID-19. As such, BTS isn’t able to see ARMY face to face, or go about their lives as freely as they usually do. Like the rest of his members, is doing his best to stay positive and productive during this trying time. Here’s what he’s been up to lately.

1. Signing albums like a boss

On March 21, V posted a video of himself signing albums while grooving to Justin Bieber‘s song “Intentions”.

Being stuck indoors won’t stop V from having fun!

2. Tormenting ARMY with thirst traps

On March 20, V posted this shirtless selfie with the caption “30 seconds..😏”. After the 30 seconds were up, he deleted it!

Fans lost their minds over this “thirst trap”! Just when they were starting to recover, V dropped another selfie that nobody was ready for. The caption says:  “I A M R E A D I N G T H E P O S T S”. Uh oh. Time to panic!

3. Reminding everyone why his nickname is “Mr. Lindo”

V’s latest selfie, posted March 22, shows just how handsome he is. Fans didn’t forget, of course, but they’re loving this reminder!

4. Hyping Itaewon Class

loves the K-Drama Itaewon Class, and not just because it stars one of his best friends, Park Seo Joon!

He has repeatedly recommended the show to fans, creating a buzz that led to Itaewon Class trending on Naver’s real-time search. Thanks to V, ARMYs have a great new show to binge while they’re stuck at home.

5. Releasing new “healing” music and breaking records

V can make music history without even leaving the house! His solo song, “Sweet Night”, featured on the OST for Itaewon Class, became the first Korean OST song to chart at #1 on the US iTunes Singles.

Prior to “Sweet Night’s” release, V described it as a healing song. I just wanted to give more to ARMY in other ways for them to heal,” V said in a broadcast with RM. With more COVID-19 cases popping up daily, V couldn’t have chosen a better time to release a healing song.

6. Turning his dog into a meme

If there’s a silver lining to the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s that stuck-at-home pet owners can spend more time with their furry friends.

On March 15, V posted a pup-date to Weverse of Yeontan watching an episode of Itaewon Class. “At this age, this kind of dog is very fun,” V wrote, referencing a line the character Jang Dae-hee says in the show.

ARMY edited the photo into memes!

7. Spreading hope

On March 23, BTS released a video about COVID-19 to spread positivity, support, hope, and love. V hopes that this situation will come to an end soon and that everyone can all be happy together again soon.
