These Top 5 Studio Choom “Artist Of The Month” Performances Had The Fastest-Rising Views
Over the past year or so, Studio Choom‘s “Artist of the Month” series has taken over K-Pop—and these five performances had the most views within their first 24 hours of release.
5. Juyeon (THE BOYZ)
Rounding out the top five is THE BOYZ’s charismatic main dancer Juyeon. His alluring dance cover of Billie Eilish’s “you should see me in a crown” deserved all of the 1.59 million views it got during the video’s first 24 hours. As of now, the cover has reached 5.4 million views and 235,000 likes in just over a month.
4. Yeji (ITZY)
Next up is ITZY’s Yeji and her powerful cover of Bishop Briggs’s “River.” While the cover starts off minimalistic with nothing but a chair for accompaniment, it soon turns into a powerful dance that you can’t look away from. During its first 24 hours, the video gained over 1.74 million views. Seven months since its release, the video now sits at 26.7 million views and 1.2 million likes.
3. Chaeryeong (ITZY)
The ITZY members are known as some of the best dancers of the fourth generation, so it’s no surprise that Chaeryeong made it to the top five too. Her incredible cover of Camila Cabello’s “Cry for Me” gained over 1.94 million views during its first 24 hours when it was released this August. Two months later, the video has over 8.2 million views and 714,000 likes.
2. Yeonjun (TXT)
TXT’s Yeonjun comes in at number two with his well-thought-out medley cover of Harry Styles’s “Watermelon Sugar” and Ed Sheeran’s “BLOW”, which showcased his incredible dancing skills and duality. It gained over 2.24 million views during its first 24 hours back in July. Now, it’s surpassed 10.2 million views and 1.1 million likes.
1. Hyunjin (Stray Kids)
And Stray Kids’ Hyunjin currently holds the first-place crown with his cover of Post Malone’s “Motley Crew.” The performance showcased Hyunjin’s charisma, dancing skills as well as his out of this world visuals, gaining over 2.9 million views during its first 24 hours. Released this month, the video already has 8.9 million views and 1 million likes.
