Recently, many fans were left confused by a rather funny picture of BLACKPINK member Jennie, or so they thought.

The photo in question showed the idol jokingly making a kissing face while standing in front of a gigantic sculpture of a human buttock. She was seen sporting a casual grey loungewear set and a pair of classic black shades. One netizen in particular posted the photo on X with the caption, “Help, Jennie what are you doing?” and the post ended up attracting massive response, having garnered over 1.6 million views at the time of writing.

Many fans responded to the post with humorous takes, while some were left asking where the photo was from.

What these fans didn’t realize about the picture was that it wasn’t Jennie in it. The photo was actually of aespa‘s Ningning!

This revelation left many fans completely stunned by the similarity in the two idols’ visuals. While Ningning has been compared with Jennie ever since her debut, for many fans, this post became the definitive proof that they were the ultimate “mother-daughter” duo of K-Pop.
