Actress Kim Sae Ron To Face Trial After Indictment Of DUI Accident
The passenger that was with her will also be facing trial.
The fifth Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office indicted Kim Sae Ron without detention for violating the Road Traffic Act. The passenger that was with her at the time of the accident will also face trial without detention on charges of aiding and abetting drunk driving.
Previously, Kim was arrested for a DUI after crashing into a guard rail in Gangnam in May. Her blood alcohol content was 0.2%, and her case was forwarded to the prosecution on June 28.
