Audiences are praising actress Shin Ye Eun for her acting on Netflix‘s The Glory.
Shin Ye Eun plays the main antagonist Park Yeon Jin in her youth. Park Yeon Jin is the main villain in the series and is shown as the leader of Moon Dong Eun’s (Song Hye Kyo‘s character) bullies.
Shin Ye Eun, who before The Glory usually played roles that were more innocent, makes an incredible transformation for the series. In The Glory, Shin Ye Eun’s character is shown to be cruel and merciless in her abuse of the protagonist, Moon Dong Eun.

The actress’s slump hit bottom when her JTBC drama, More Than Friends, hit a rating low of 1.1%, which led some to believe the actress wasn’t cut out to be a lead actor.
Shin Ye Eun started to break out of her slump when she played a small guest role on Yumi’s Cells 2. Despite playing a small role, Shin Ye Eun wowed audience members with her incredible visuals. The actress would go viral for the role proving that the star’s popularity was no fluke.
Now with Shin Ye Eun’s success on Netflix’s The Glory, many are anticipating the actress’s next move. Shin Ye Eun is next slated to appear on SBS‘s upcoming period K-Drama, Romantic Guest House, where the actress will once again play the series’ lead actor.
