Beloved Actress Sheds 3 Kg in 3 Days, Reveals Her Extreme Diet
A popular actress has sparked heated responses after sharing her extreme weight loss plan to reduce 3 kg in just 3 days.
The actress in question is Go Jun Hee, who recently shared a video on her YouTube channel about her rapid weight loss journey.

At the beginning of the video, the star revealed her body composition results for the first time since her debut. Standing tall at 175 cm, Go maintains a body weight of around 58 kg. However, she admitted that she gained a little bit of weight during Chuseok.

To lose the weight, she followed a strict diet regimen, which required her to fast for 14 hours a day. The meals she ate were all low in carbs and sodium. The actress also did intense daily exercise. In the video, she showed herself starting each morning by drinking a mix of salt water, olive oil, and lemon juice, claiming it helped detoxify her body.

Her rigorous workout plan included two hours of Pilates and flying yoga, along with additional gym training sessions. Recalling her underwear pictorial shoot in the past, Go revealed that she used to work out three times a day to prepare her body. She added that she liked mixing up her workouts, choosing from ballet, personal training, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and swimming.
Go also brought her therapist in the video, who advised her to incorporate gua sha massages focusing on her chest area, as it supposedly helped reduce fat around the upper body and side breasts.

After following this strict routine for three days, Go Jun Hee showed her new body scan reports. The results stated that she had dropped from 58.5 kg to 55.9 kg, losing nearly 3 kg in just three days.
While fans praised Go Jun Hee for her dedication toward maintaining her body, the actress herself made it very clear that such restrictive diets are meant for only small periods. She warned fans against following this routine long-term, highlighting the dangers of it.
