BLACKPINK‘s Jennie is once again serving as fitspiration for people wanting to tone up!
It’s no secret that the “Lovesick Girls” singer is a fan of Pilates, a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles and improves flexibility. Back in 2020, she admitted to being unable to fully stretch out her knees.
I can’t stretch out my knees all the way yet, and I’m still lacking but if it’s with [my friend]…Exercising on a holiday, exercising on Monday, and I’m going to exercise every day.
Now, however, it doesn’t appear to be a problem at all! Jennie gave fans a new sneak peek into her Pilates workout, showing off her improved strength and flexibility.
In the clip, she tightly grips a bar as she slowly but surely lifts her body up.
She proceeds to split…
…suspend herself in midair…
…then gently land on the floor. It must have taken a lot of dedication and effort to reach that level!
