BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Sends The Internet Into Meltdown After The Release Of The Newest Teaser For Upcoming K-Drama “Snowdrop”
When it was announced that BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo would be starring in the latest JTBC K-Drama Snowdrop, it seemed like fans couldn’t get enough. With its beautiful poster and Jisoo looking beautiful alongside her fellow actor Jung Hae In, no wonder BLINKs were so excited!
After initially being postponed, it seems like fans no longer have to wait long as more details and teasers have been shared with fans during the last few weeks. The show is due to premiere in December. In August, fans were treated to a small snippet of the show.
On October 14, fans worldwide were treated to even more details and material to promote the K-Drama. After the announcement that it would be streamed on Disney Plus , in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, JTBC released an emotional teaser from the show. The teaser shows the setting of Hosu Women’s University in 1987 Seoul.
Although there is not much dialogue, the character Suho (played by Jung Hae In) is seen cycling in the snow, saying, “I’m sorry. It’s because of me.” Suho is then seen sitting with Young Ro (Jisoo), who says, “I miss you. I wish I could see you just once.” Even with this one line, fans were finally treated to “Actor Jisoo.”
If that wasn’t enough, they also released a new still from the series showcasing Jisoo and Jung Hae In’s character dancing together in what seems like a restaurant or coffee shop.
As expected, when they were both released, fans went crazy online with “ACTRESS JISOO IS HERE” trending worldwide. With the first proper glimpse of Jisoo in her new role, it had fans very excited about what they could expect from the drama!

Although fans have to wait another month or so for the drama to be released, there is no doubt that BLINKs are excited, and it is not surprising considering the teasers and images JTBC has been sharing.
