I started doing Pilates. I am working really hard [at it]!
She revealed that she always does Pilates around 3 or 4 times a week.
The results of her hard work include the physical fitness she has achieved, like her chiseled abs…
…as well as the strength she’s gained! These poses require a tremendous amount of strength, balance, and most of all, practice.
